Returns & Exchanges

At Access Denied, we want you to be fully satisfied with your streetwear; if your fit isn't right, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition with tags attached to maintain our high standards of quality.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or similar protective packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
